Savanna Shops has a no return policy except for the following condition:
- If an item is damaged during shipment, customers must notify Savanna Shops within 5 days of package arrival via email.
- After the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
We will gladly accept the exchange of products that are defective due to workmanship for 5 days from the date of the product was received. If any part or product arrives broken or detached due to mistreatment of the boxes in the shipping process, please photograph the damaged and send it to us via email to provide you the best and fastest solution. Anything that is not our fault, will be charged the original shipping costs. In case you want an expedited shipping will require the customer paying the difference of the shipping of their choosing.
